    G - Gratitude
Give gratitude to God, gratitude for His presence, gratitude for His grace that’s gone before you, for people in your life.

    R - Reflection
Reflect on how you’ve witnessed God’s faithfulness in your life recently or throughout history, reflect areas you need forgiveness, guidance or discernment for.

    E - Exhortation
Praise God for who He is, ask Him to encourage, change, shape, convict and redirect you to be more like Him.

    A - Ask
Ask God for specific needs and provisions.
